THIS SURVEY IS ANONYMOUS.

The Behavioral Health Pulse Survey (or BH Pulse) will help your Leaders better understand the overall behavioral health of your unit to make changes and implement programs to help Service Members.

The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. If you need a break, do not close your browser. Your answers will not be saved, and you will have to restart the survey.

Your answers are anonymous. We will not attempt to identify an individual from their responses, and individual answers are not shared. Therefore, you are encouraged to be frank and honest.
